Potatoes:
As soon as pressure guage drops, open lid and dump potatoes onto flat surface to cool. When cool (potatoes should feel "sticky"), cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Eggs: Boil 1 dozen eggs. When water starts to boil, boil for eight minutes. Remove from heat and replace boiling water with cold to stop the cooking process. Chop into small pieces. Onion: Chop 1 onion into small pieces. Putting It All Together: Layer all dry ingredients as follows: Potatoes Onion Salt and Pepper - just a little shake Eggs Repeat layering process until all dry ingedients are used. Add sauce to taste (may not necessarily use all sauce). |
