Grandma Martha Park's Potato Salad
 

Ingredients:
Sauce:
1 C. milk 1 C. Miracle Whip
1 TSP mustard 1 1/2 TSP salt
1 1/2 TSP sugar 1/2 TSP pepper
Mix together - will be runnny - should have a "tang".
Potatoes:
5 lbs. Idaho potatoes - peeled and quartered
Fill pressure cooker -when it starts to "rock", cook for 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Put in sink and run water over top.
As soon as pressure guage drops, open lid and dump potatoes onto flat surface to cool. When cool (potatoes should feel "sticky"), cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Eggs:
Boil 1 dozen eggs. When water starts to boil, boil for eight minutes. Remove from heat and replace boiling water with cold to stop the cooking process. Chop into small pieces.
Onion:
Chop 1 onion into small pieces.
Putting It All Together:
Layer all dry ingredients as follows: Potatoes
Onion
Salt and Pepper - just a little shake
Eggs
Repeat layering process until all dry ingedients are used.
Add sauce to taste (may not necessarily use all sauce).
